首先一定要搞清楚美容行业的上下游。  First and foremost, it's essential to understand the upstream and downstream sectors of the beauty industry.

最上游是供应商,中间是美容店,最下游是客户。  The upstream are suppliers, the middle are beauty salons, and the downstream are customers.

供应商割的是美容店的韭菜,如之前有美容店加盟,收了你加盟费,还给你供货,一次拿货几万,才给你个几折优惠,时不时的给你搞个培训,培训的时候继续推销产品。
Suppliers prey on beauty salons. For example, if a beauty salon previously joined the franchise, they would collect the franchise fee, supply goods to the salon, and only offer a discount for orders of tens of thousands of yuan. They would also provide training sessions from time to time, during which they would continue to push products on the salon.

之前不是有句话嘛,女人创业就是开美容店,所以不要觉得美容店就很高大上,当然了是有高大上的,但更多的是小区楼下,或者就在小区某个楼里面的皮肤管理中心,一个老板又是老板,又是服务员。

就是说给美容店的供货是388元,美容店的零售价格是1360元,某些美容店可能会觉得收这么高比较难,可能也会搭配其他产品或者服务项目,但总的来说,还是比较暴利的。
That means the supply price to beauty salons is 388 yuan, and the retail price at beauty salons is 1360 yuan. Some beauty salons may find it difficult to charge such a high price and may bundle it with other products or services, but overall, it is still quite profitable.

给我们代理的价格多少?  What price will you offer us as agents?

沙龙价的8折,也就是310元。  The salon price is 20% off, which is 310 yuan.

你会说,这也没多少利润啊,一单就不到80元利润。  You might say, "There's not much profit, less than 80 yuan per order."

其实不是这样的,这个388元对美容店是有拿货要求的,比如一次拿几千或者几万。

而且信息不透明,这些产品是严禁在电商平台销售,网上无处比价。

这里面其实还是有漏洞的,这个漏洞不是平台漏洞,而是供应商设计的这个制度的漏洞。

我们代理的下游成了美容店,美容店的下游是客户,但其实我们的下游也可能是客户。

有的客户在美容店做了一次,觉得确实效果挺好的,但又觉得贵,就会到网上去搜,但不允许我们网上销售啊,怎么办?

讲到这里,有人会说,明白了,小红书找个供院线的供应商,找一些类似的品,开始推……
At this point, some might say, "I get it! Xiaohongshu finds a supplier that caters to movie theaters, finds some similar products, and starts promoting them..."

差远了,这还远远不够!  That's far from enough!

上边只是提供了利润还可以的产品,因为信息不透明,所以相对比较暴利,比较长久。
The above only provides products with decent profit margins. Because of the lack of transparency, these products are relatively highly profitable and have a long-term sustainability.

但是我们要知道,只靠推广产品是很难的,引流也难,凭什么美容店就要相信你?
However, we must understand that it is difficult to rely solely on product promotion, and it is also difficult to attract customers. Why should beauty salons trust you?

最好的办法是引入美容仪器,不是家用的,而是店用的,买仪器和买产品的是同一类人,把引流和转化分开。
The best approach is to introduce beauty equipment, not for home use, but for commercial use. The people who buy the equipment and the people who buy the products are the same, thus separating lead generation from conversion.
